The project site is located on the corner of Anzac Avenue and Kinsellas Road East, extending behind the existing fast-food stores.

A new signalised intersection from Anzac Avenue is planned, to facilitate access into the site.

We are proposing an access point to minimise impacts on the local mango trees, based on arborist and traffic engineering advice.

The access is intended to allow for convenient access to the site, along with new pedestrian paths.

This will provide with an option for residents to complete their shopping within a few minutes for everyday grocery items.
